How to Organize a Lecture

If you would like to host a lecture with Dr. Michael Mau, please follow these steps.

1.Contact the Lecture Coordinator of the Sanctus Germanus Foundation to confirm a date and see Dr. Mau's availability. Two to three months in advance is good preparation. However, due to his travels and speaking engagements, the earlier the better. You will want to email the lecture coordinator for The Amanuensis

2. Find a conference facility in a hotel, school, institute or any public venue. After you confirm with the foundation the date of the lecture, reserve the venue so that all concerned may draw up the promotional materials.

3. Once you have all of the details of time and location, you can contact the Foundation to have it posted on the site for others who might want to attend.

4. Create an email list of people you want to invite and of those you believe would be interested in such a lecture. We have found that email contact is the easiest and most effective way of promoting such a lecture.

5. Once the date is confirmed with the Foundation, begin sending your email invitations. This should be done well ahead of the scheduled date so people can plan and schedule accordingly.

Dr. Mau lectures free of charge. The Sanctus Germanus Foundation covers air transport to the venue and bears the cost of hotel accommodations. The local host bears the cost of the lecture venue and all the promotion required for the event itself. If you are interested in hosting Dr. Mau and have further questions. please contact The Amanuensis
